Terms of Service

These terms govern use of virium.ai, the Virium web app and mobile apps ("the Service") by customers (employers) and their users (employees and managers). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Virium is an AI workforce platform: onboarding, a knowledge assistant, training, sales roleplay and manager coaching, delivered as one subscription per company. Access is granted by the employer; individual users receive accounts from their employer and use the Service under the employer's policies.
2. Accounts
Keep your login private. Tell your HR team immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission. Employers are responsible for the users they invite and for removing access when someone leaves.
3. Customer content
Employers keep all rights to the documents and data they upload. They grant Virium a licence to process that content only to provide the Service. Employers confirm they have the right to share the content and to process their employees' data.
4. AI output
Answers, course content, scores and suggestions are generated by AI from the employer's own documents and activity. They are decision support, not legal, medical or financial advice, and they can be wrong. Employment decisions (hiring, probation, discipline, termination) remain the employer's responsibility and must be reviewed by a person.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, to attempt to access another company's data, or to interfere with the Service's security or availability.
6. Subscription and pilots
Commercial terms (plan, fees, term, renewal) are set in the order form or pilot agreement signed by the employer. Pilot access may be limited in time and scope and may be withdrawn at the end of the pilot.
7. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is described at virium.ai/support.
8. Intellectual property
Virium and its software, design and content (excluding customer content) belong to Virium. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Virium is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the employer for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
Employers may end their subscription as set out in their agreement. On termination we delete customer data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it, and we can provide an export on request before deletion.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
